Katherine (Kaminski) Kullick, age 71

Mrs. Katherine (Kaminski) Kullick of 1915 North California Avenue, Chicago, Illinois was born September 25, 1873 in Poland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kaminski. Not commonly considered a circus fire victim, Mrs. Kullick survived the fire, but died on September 30, 1944 from heart disease, after suffering a heart attack on September 14 and never fully recovering. Her doctor indicated that Katherine's previously diagnosed hypertensive heart disease could have been affected by the circus fire. Her daughter, Clara Hansen, who had lived with Katherine for the previous six years, swore that her mother was in perfect health until after the fire. Her estate was awarded $4,500 by the arbitration board, comparable to awards made to the estates of other woman victims in Katherine's age range.

Mrs. Kullick, predeceased by her husband, Bartholomew "Barney" Kullick, in 1939, leaves her children, Frank Kullick, 53; Mrs. Anna Goldblatt, 51,of Wethersfield , Connecticut ; Mrs. Clara Hansen, 34; Henry Kullick, 48; George Kullick, 46;  William Kullick, 43;  John Kullick, 40; Harry Kullick, 28; Edward Kullick, 38.
